I was born into a family of passionate skiers in Düsseldorf (Germany), and was lucky to start skiing at the young age of three. Half German, half Spanish, I moved to Madrid at the age of 8, where I lived most of my life. I studied Mechanical Engineering and a Master in Industrial Economics but have always been moved by two main passions: skiing and the art of documenting adventures – I was always the kid that would join any kind of outdoor activity with a camera in hand, my goal being coming home with photos and videos that conveyed the thrill of what I was seeing. As my freeride skiing and mountaineering adventures took me to more and more remote places, it was only natural that I would specialize in shooting my passions: skiing, climbing and alpine photography. Always on the lookout for the next adventure, my dream is to create pictures that share the love for nature and transmit the feeling of being alive. I’ve worked with GoPro, Honor, Insta360, K2 Skis, Rab Equipment, Scarpa and other major brands. 

During the outbreak of COVID-19 I found myself stranded in my living room in Barcelona instead of skiing through La Grave with my family, which left me more anxious to ski than normal. Having all his ski gear in the living room and being forced to stay home was the perfect recipe for what happened next: I created one of the most viral shorts of the lockdown, representing a skier that wakes up on the side of a mountain, skins up, climbs up some ice and reaches the summit to take a selfie. On the way down, the skiing is just perfect. At one point, I even dare to make a backflip off a cliff… which does not end well. But fear not, I’m not stuck in the snow deep in the backcountry, I actually haven’t left my living room, staging all my adventure through stop motion and creativity. Always on the lookout for the next adventure, his dream is to create pictures that share the love for nature and transmit the feeling of being alive.
